Must have completed PUC / 12th / Diploma, or Diploma in Theology. Pastoral experience preferred but not mandatory.

A recognized Bachelor’s Degree (B.Th / B.A / B.Com / B.D) or equivalent theological qualification with 1+ year ministry experience.

Must hold an M.Div or equivalent postgraduate theological degree with minimum 3–5 years ministry experience.
